Pride Security Group provides a Grade A1 alarm monitoring service. Grade A1 alarm monitoring is the highest grading within the Australian/New Zealand national standards and is only awarded to companies who meet strict criteria. 

This grading is made of two different assessments. An 'A' Is achieved by the building and services the monitoring centre is built in meeting the highest criteria set. A '1' is achieved by the staff passing the highest performance grading. Being Graded A1 assures our clients that their service is second to none, but this grading is also a requirement set by Police to dispatch them to alarm activations.
